Meet Handsome! He’s a purebred Schnauzer with a gentle spirit who starts off a bit timid and shy. Handsome is about 3 years old and came to us from a former breeder who sadly lost her home. He arrived in heartbreaking condition — severely matted fur, overgrown nails, and completely shut down — so we can only imagine the environment he came from.
Despite his rough start, Handsome has the sweetest soul. He adores other dogs and truly blossoms when he’s around them, so his ideal home will have a confident canine buddy to help him continue building trust. He’s still learning the basics like leash walking and potty training, but he’s making steady progress.
Handsome is ready for a home that will be patient, loving, and committed to helping him continue to come out of his shell.
