Roo

Roo is a 2.5 year old, 13lb Chihuahua mix who is on the hunt for a forever home. Roo was loved in her last home and while her owner had a family emergency come up, she found herself with our rescue.

She may be small, but she has a giant personality. Roo loves to play and cuddle up on the couch with her foster mom. She is silly and loves sitting on your shoulders (yes, like a parrot) and loves the view from the top. She enjoys being around other dogs but truly thrives on human affection more.
